Task for provisioning OACI APS subscription fails with the following error:

[ApplicationUnknownError] Provisioning: resource afb4f9f0-9055-4e49-b4d8-f9dcba8a00f7 of type 'environments' ( for APS application 'Cloud Infrastructure-1.4-1863': [IM] P80413: VE name contains non-LDH characters.
Body: {
"source": "IM",
"message": "[IM] P80413: VE name contains non-LDH characters",
"error": "ApplicationUnknownError",
"http_request": "POST /environments to ''"

Invalid virtual machine name was specified during subscription provisioning, the name of virtual machine must contain only letters, digits or hyphen. Such situation could occur if an order for purchasing virtual environment subscription was placed using BA online store. Unfortunately, there is no any validation for virtual machine names, it will be fixed in future versions of Odin Service Automation in scope of internal request with ID PBA-62293. Please contact your TAM or PTA to trace the status of the request.

The only workaround in this case is to recreate subscription with virtual machine name which meets the requirements above.
