Task for removing user account fails with error like:

Remove the user account with ID 123456 from SSO

Fails to execute with error:
The user account #123456 exists in PPA but due to some issues it was not registered in the single sign-on (SSO) service.

Database inconsistency. User is absent in mspsso_accounts table.

  1. Login to PA management node as root via SSH and check if such user exists in "mspsso_accounts" table:

    [root@server ~]# psql -U plesk -h `hostname` plesk -c "SELECT * FROM mspsso_accounts where user_id=123456;"
     id | login | sp_id | fi_id | user_id
    (0 rows)
  2. Insert missing record in database using user account id from error description 123456 and random data for other fields. For example:

    [root@pa115mn ~]# psql -U plesk -h `hostname` plesk -c "INSERT INTO mspsso_accounts VALUES ('qwe1123qwe123qwep3kz0ld1ueelk6wet42','qweasdqwe1','qwe1123qwe123qwep3kz0ld1ueelk6wet42','qwe1123qwe123qwep3kz0ld1ueelk6wet42',100454);"
    INSERT 722164 1
  3. Restart failed task.
