There is a domain named domain.tld registered with EPAG. When under Top > Service Director > Domain Manager > Domains > domain.tld > Contacts info the Import contacts from the Registrar button is pressed, an error message appears. In the problem report attached to the corresponding Action in the Action log EPAG replies with the following

Action  : QUERY
Result  : ERROR
Reason  : invalid template
NRC     : 500010


Your order cannot be processed due to errors. Please resolve
those errors and resend the order.

220 missing data



Such behavior was classified as the software issue PBAS-30229. It was fixed in OBAS 4.5.6


To resolve the issue, please upgrade to 4.5.6 as described in How to upgrade OBAS system to the latest available version.

Hotfix for 4.5.5

If upgrade is not an option for you, below is the hotfix for 4.5.5 version.

There is a hotfix for OBAS 4.5.5. Please download 64-bit hotfix or 32-bit hotfix depending on your OS and install it by running the commands below.

For 64-bit OS:

# rpm -Uvh hspc-plugin-dm-epag-4.5.5-43.swsoft.x86_64.rpm
# hspc-upgrade-manager --finish

For 32-bit OS:

# rpm -Uvh hspc-plugin-dm-epag-4.5.5-43.swsoft.i386.rpm
# hspc-upgrade-manager --finish

Warning: Running hspc-upgrade-manager --finish will cause OBAS downtime for several minutes.
