Symptoms
"Cleanup failed VPS backups on HW node" task fails with the following error:
101 : Master is not accessible
The corresponding hardware node is a member of Virtual Automation group.
[root@vz ~]# vzagroup list
Connecting to local host...
Resolving host's group role...
host is a slave in vzgroup, which master node address is 192.0.2.2
The Virtual Automation master server is not accessible from the node:
[root@vz ~]# telnet 192.0.2.2 4534
Trying 192.0.2.2...
telnet: connect to address 192.0.2.2: Connection timed out
Cause
Virtual Automation management node is unavailable from the hardware node.
Resolution
Fix the connectivity issues between the hardware node and Virtual Automation.
In case VA is no longer available, follow the steps described in this article.
