Symptoms
Incorrect disk usage is shown in OA for Virtuozzo node, for example:
Diskspace soft limit 1,024 GB
Diskspace hard limit 1,100 GB
Current diskspace usage 561.9 GB
However, actual disk usage on Virtuozzo node is 888 GB, for example.
Cause
OA updates diskspace usage only when backup is created, if some backup tasks were canceled or failed, then disk usage can differ.
Resolution
Please try to run Update disk usage statistics periodic task (check if it has failed earlier), if disk usage remains the same please contact Odin Technical Support to investigate this issue further.
