There's a scheduled backup in OACI that needs to be deleted for some reason. There is no way to do it directly in CP, what's the correct manual procedure?

Resolution

There's no official way to remove specific scheduled backups manually. The feature request to add such ability is registered as PFR-1257.

The following options are possible:

  1. Remove the backup schedule for the subscription. This way all backups created previously by schedule will get removed.
  2. Contact your Technical Account Manager or Pooled Technical Associate Team (pta@odin.com) in order to apply the workaround.
