OBAS failed to create a Plesk domain on a certain Plesk node after Plesk microupdate MU#71 was applied to that node.

The following error is shown in the DEBUG OBAS log (/var/log/hspc/hspc.log):

[2015/11/24 15:38:33] [INFO] [22868] [HSPC::MT::BM::Subscription::PleskDomainSubscription::find_plesk_client_id] Error occurred while adding client on Plesk node: Cannot add client on Plesk: Failed to create account on Plesk node: Could not connect to Plesk Agent host or response is empty.


Plesk microupdate MU#71 was installed incorrectly.


Reinstall the update on the Plesk node using the console command below:

"%plesk_bin%\ai.exe" --select-release-current --upgrade-installed-components
