Symptoms
When a customer opens the screen Customer CP -> Account -> Subscriptions subscriptions names and ID's are shown as text not as links. What is causing this issue?
Cause
Most possible reason is incorrect customization.
Resolution
Check the customization for the Subscription_GetMyWin.xml file (usr/local/bm/customization). Make sure original (system) files /usr/local/bm/conf/wnd/BM/customization/Subscription_GetMyWin.xml and usr/local/bm/conf/wnd/BM/customization/Subscription_GetMyWin.xml were not modified manually.
