Symptoms
OACI service plans are configured and published in the Online Store, however they are not displayed:
The errors similar to below are written to store.log:
ERROR: Can't find any res_rate for resID=c2u.storage-hours
ERROR: Can't find res_rate for resID=c2u.RAM-hours
ERROR: Can't find any res_rate for resID=c2u.cpu-hours
ERROR: Can't find res_rate for resID=c2u.bandwidth
Cause
Incorrect screen is used for the OACI APS Service Plan purchase scenario.
Resolution
Change the screen template to APS_SERVICE and remove the template PACI_SCREEN (which is used for the legacy PACI service plans).
