Symptoms
After upgrade to BA 6.x the following error is displayed on the right frame in Control Panel:
Parse page error: ' wnd/BM/customization/customization/MainTree.xml ' syntax error at line 4: syntax error .
Error Code: 0xa3ffa0c7. Click here to find a solution
Cause
The issue is caused by a customization file /usr/local/bm/conf/wnd/BM/customization/customization/MainTree.xml
Resolution
The structure of this file has been changed in BA 6.x so this customization must be disabled and the following command executed:
# service pba restart www
