Symptoms
A cancellation order fails with the following error:
Removing of Service of Subscription #1010101 is failed. Deletion service of Subscription #1010101 failed.
There is an event with negative result:
OrderItemID=9384177; IssuedSuccessfully=0; Message=Removing of Service of Subscription #1010101 is failed. Deletion service of Subscription #1010101 failed.
Corresponding openapi call in /var/log/poa.log ends with:

Cause
Database inconsistency related to DNS records for deleted VPS causes the failure. The issue is recognized under internal ID POA-99386.
Resolution
The issue has been fixed in OA 6.0.7.
If the issue occurred on your environment, it is necessary to apply workaround via DB modification. Please contact Odin Technical Support to resolve the situation.
