Plesk Automation upgrade fails with the error:

[INFO]: Checking if there are any tasks in the task manager...
There are several tasks in Task Manager:

- [u][62204] Register the user account #100479 in SSO
- [f][62203] Create the user account #100479

All the tasks must be processed or canceled before upgrade.
You can find the tasks at "System" - "Task Manager".

Since PA was partially upgraded the panel became unavailable, so it is impossible to remove tasks using the panel.

All the tasks should be processed or cancelled before upgrading Plesk Automation.

Since the panel has become unavailable due to failed upgrade, the tasks can be removed with manual database updates only. Since that please submit a request to the Odin Technical Support.
