There is a Virtual Machine subscription in Termination Queue. When under Top > Account Director > Subscription Manager > Subscriptions > Subscription name the Destroy button is pressed, the following message emerges

Can't terminate service

In the Action log there is a Failed Action

Parallels Server Virtual Machine Management; Can't find Parallels Server node

The same error can be found in that Action Problem Report

[ERROR] [3454] [HSPC::MT::PServer::VM::operate_vm] Can't find Parallels Server node


Virtuozzo node on which the Virtual Machine in question is located on is Not Available.

It is impossible to terminate a VM subscription if its node is Not Available.

Such behavior was classified as the software issue PBAS-26403 and will be fixed in future OBAS releases.

Please bring the Virtuozzo node in question online so that it becomes Available in OBAS.

If that is not an option, please contact Odin Support in order to terminate the affected subscription.
