Provider can not open Sales Order in the PCP, the following error appears:

Failed to parse input document

Error is caused by the internal issue #PBA-67259 (parser error on order general screen in case error text contains http:// and & sign).

It appears due to long Processing comment that came from OA side due to failed task, and that has URLs in it.


As a workaround you may find and fix failed task on OA side and resubmit Sales Order via API. After resubmit Provisioning Item processing comment will change, it will become possible to open the order.

The bug is fixed in OSA 7.1.
