Symptoms
We created a new VPS hosting Plan. Order for provisioning the new subscription based on this plan fails with the following error:
Service Creation Failed: Parallels Operations Automation error # == Error while calling pem.activateSubscription == error_code = 0 error_message = There is no hardware node found with the following set of VZ application templates installed: .template-name
Cause
OA cannot find any VPS hardware node that has appropriate OS Template installed.
Resolution
Make sure the host which have been defined in the attribute of the resource type do have the corresponding OS template.
