Symptoms
Domain.com contains a brand and gets automatically redirected in browser from https://domain.com to https://www.domain.com
How to disable such redirection?
Cause
This is controlled by Web prefix for Customer Domains activation parameter of branding service template:
POA > Products > Service templates > template_name > Parameters tab > under 'Branding Apache' resource
Resolution
To disable such redirection, delete www from Web prefix for Customer Domains. It will be applied only to new domains created on this service template.
If you need to fix it for existing domain, please contact Odin technical support.
Please, do not mix it with another parameters called Web prefix for Provider Domains - it is used for Instant Access URL only.
