  1. Migration of subscription with mail hosting from Expand failed in case of using --allocate-only-required-resources option.

  2. Following error appears in /opt/panel-migrator/logs/panel-migrator.log:

    The migration errors:
     └ Client 'jdoe'
        └ Subscription 'domain.tld'
├ error: An error occurred, when restoring hosting settings:
│ Failed deployment of mail user janedoe@domain.tld
├ error: An error occurred, when restoring hosting settings:
          │ Execution of /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/api-cli/mail.php --create janedoer@domain.tld -passwd '' -passwd_type sym -mailbox true -mbox_quota -1 -ignore-nonexistent-options failed with return code 1.
          │ Stderr is
│ An error occured during mailname creation: Your key limits don't allow mailname creation: There are no available resources of this type (mailboxes) left. Requested: 1; available: 0.

Mail hosting is not getting created in Plesk Automation, but mail accounts are tried to be restored.

The behavior was considered as internal software issue with id PMT-2220 and will be fixed in future PA updates.

As a workaround you can migrate subscription without using --allocate-only-required-resources. For example:

    # panel-migrator transfer-accounts config.ini
