Forwarding to another email address was configured and disabled previously on this mailbox. Now, when trying to activate forwarding and specify different forwarding email it shows the error:

Error: Unable to find instance with id 1122 in database


The behavior was considered as internal software issue #PPA-2813.

The fix is included in Plesk Automation MU#21.


Install latest PA updates according to the article.
