A transaction done via the SagePay plug-in us stuck in Pending status for more than 24 hours. Under Top > Commerce Director > Online Payments > Transaction Log > Transaction ID there is a message

2008 : The Transaction timed-out


SagePay did not reply to OBAS in proper time.


Pleae contact SagePay with the transaction ID to clarify why it was not processed in time.
