Bug POA-88183 - incorrect versions of the files NTFSProvider.dll and NTFSProvider.xml are left on MPS server after the update to POA 5.5.7, thus causing dllhost.exe on Winweb host to crash when communicating with MPS server.

Please contact your Account Manager to trace the status of the bug POA-88183. To workaround the issue, please do the following:

  1. login to MPS server and make backups of the files C:\Program Files\SWSoft\PEM\MPF Providers\NTFSProvider.dll and C:\Program Files\SWSoft\PEM\MPF Providers\NTFSProvider.xml
  2. replace these files with the ones attached to the article: NTFSProvider.dll and NTFSProvider.xml
  3. restart MPS provisioning engine according to the article
