Symptoms
Customer cannot add a new backup user in CCP for BackupAgent APS subscription.
The following error message is displayed:
The storage account ID does not match an existing storage mount
Cause
- Incorrect storage ID specified in application resource
- Subscription was provisioned with storage ID that is no longer valid (after APS or resource type update)
