Symptoms
OA was upgraded to 5.5. Subscription has one or more resources for legacy web applications with non-zero usage.
Attempt to remove this subscription fails with the following error:
The operation can not be completed because the following component is missing or is not running: SDK::ResourceConfigurator::UnprovideResources (sc_name '', sc_id #ID)
Cause
Service controller responsible for management of legacy web applications was dropped in OA 5.5 (all web applications should be provisioned using APS), and the presence of such resources is recognized as #POA-83479.
Resolution
#POA-83479 was fixed in OA 5.5.9, please consider updating to this version.
