While trying to access the webspace or creating archive using the File Manager customer is getting
Unable to connect to backend error after a certain period of time.
However, there is an ability to browse the webspace via FTP or SSH. The webspace which is beeing opened have a lot of files and subfolders, for example:
# find /var/www/vhosts/1/123456/webspace/httpdocs/ -maxdepth 1 -type d | wc -l 171 # find /var/www/vhosts/1/123456/webspace/httpdocs/ -type f | wc -l 404040
While accessing the FileManager for a certain domain the whole webspace is checked. Such operation could take significiant period of time in case there are a lot files. This process is terminated by a timeout.
The internal request with ID #POA-88142 regarding such behavior is already submitted to the OA Maintenance Team. Please contact your Account Manager to trace its status.
As a workaround - please increase the timeouts as specified in KB#126985
