Customer is not able to login to Roundcube webmail if the domain name contains double dash. For example domain--domain.tld. (click on the image below to get an example)



The behavior was considered as internal software issue with id PPA-2709 and will be fixed in future PA updates.

The fix is considered to be included in one of the next Plesk Automation (PA) updates.

As a workaround you can use Horde Webmail client. In order to switch webmail client to to Horde for particular domain please please use following steps:

  1. Login to Customer Control Panel and switch to Mail tab.

  2. Press button Change Settings and select Horde. (click on the image below to get an example)
