Fixed Issue

PBA-66258 Sales Order containing 'One-Time fee items' is in 'Provisioning Failed' even though all of its order items completed.

Resolution

Linux:

1. Open BA Provider control panel, go to Home > System > Information > Available Hotfixes
2. Click on hotfix "BA 6.0.5 HOTFIX 126843 BM"
3. Click "Install"

Windows:

1. Login to BA application server
2. Open command prompt
3. Execute the following commands: # cd "$PBA_ROOT" # perl\bin\perl.exe tools\pba-hotfixes.pl install

Note: $PBA_ROOT should be replaced with path to Business Automation installation directory, for example C:\Program Files\Parallels\PBA

Additional information

• The hotfix requires BA 6.0.5-086 version
• Hotfix required [126532](https://kb.cloudblue.com/en/126532 https://kb.cloudblue.com/en/126449) to be installed
• Business Automation services will be restarted automatically during hotfix's installation.
