During webspace creation the task Create the web hosting on the webspace #111 fails with the error below:

Error: The component __php_support was not installed

where 111 is the webspace ID.


A record with name psa-php-configurator is missing from PSA.ServiceNodeEnvironment table for the the corresponding service node.


  1. Check if psa-php5-configurator package is installed on the Apache service node:

    [root@web-01:~]# rpm -qa | grep psa-php

    If it is not installed, please contact Odin Technical Support.

  2. Find the ID of the failed service node:

    • Go to PA > Operations > Tasks, click the failed task Create the web hosting on the webspace #111
    • Under Task parameters find the main_ip value and copy it
    • Go to the management node and take a backup of PSA database:

      # mysqldump -uadmin -p`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow` psa > psa`date +%F`.sql
    • Enter to PSA database command prompt:

      # plesk db
    • Obtain the service node ID:

      mysql> select serviceNodeId from IP_Addresses where ip_address='';
      | serviceNodeId |
      |             2 |
      1 row in set (0.00 sec)

      where is the value of the main_ip parameter of the failed task.

  3. Add the missing record as below:

    mysql> insert into ServiceNodeEnvironment values (2,'componentsPackages','psa-php-configurator','1.6.3-cos6.build115131126.13');
    Query OK, 1 row affected (0.01 sec)

    where 2 is the ID of the Apache service node given on the step 2 and 1.6.3-cos6.build115131126.13 is the version of psa-php5-configurator package.

  4. Re-run failed task.
