Symptoms

After disabling WebFileManager service on NG cluster there is an extra entry left in .branding_htaccess file in branding webspace. As a result WebFileManager sometimes shows Service Unavailable error.

Cause

When WebFileManager is enabled on NG cluster OA creates entries for WebFileManager service in the database as well as in .branding_htaccess for all webservers registered in cluster and also Shared IP address of the cluster. When WebFileManager service is disabled entries about shared IP are not removed from the database. Such behavior is considered to be a software issue with ID POA-91806

Resolution

Please contact your Account Manager to trace the status of the issue POA-91806. The workaround for this case is to manually clean up database. Please contact Odin Technical support in order to apply database modifications.
