OA environment was upgraded to 5.5. We have both MPS and WPE servers for Windows services provisioning. Is it possible to remove MPS from OA?

Pages 11-12 of our Windows Shared Hosting Deployment Guide contain the list of services supported by WPE/MPS in OA 5.5. If you still use some of old services supported only by MPS, then it should be left in your infrastructure. If neither of these services are used, then you may remove the MPS server using the following steps:

  1. go to Infrastructure > Hardware Nodes > yuor.mps.server.tld > Packages
  2. remove listed packages from it (except pleskd) by pressing cross near them
  3. after they are removed, switch to Summary tab and press Delete to delete the server

MPS server will be removed after all correspondent tasks are processed.
