A customer has an Invoice in Overdue status and an Open Offline Payment created to pay the Invoice.
However, there are no Adjust Document button on the Payment details tab, no Apply Payments button in the Invoice details tab and it is impossible to pay the Invoice with the Offline Payment using Change Payment Method button:
Pay method has been changed successfully message appears, but statuses of the Invoice and the Payment remain the same.
Such behavior was classified as the software issue #PBAS-20313 and will be fixed in future OBAS releases.
