What does "Wait Time" column value in BA means? It is shown on Home > Operations > Orders screen and is always increasing.
Answer
According to online Help of the Orders screen:
Wait Time
The column lists how many hours passed after last change of respective order till current moment.
Therefore, this time always increasing regardless the status of the order.
