When the Check status button is pressed for a domain registered through the LogicBoxes domain plug-in it results in the Operation has failed. message. Changing name servers for the domain fails also.

The following responce from LogicBoxes is logged in the DEBUG OBAS log (/var/log/hspc/hspc.log):

[2015/07/07 09:37:03] [INFO] [27348] [HSPC::MT::Plugin::DM::LogicBoxes::Transport::call] Response:$VAR1 = {
      'content' => {
                     'status' => 'ERROR',
                     'message' => 'Required authentication parameter missing'
      'is_success' => 0

In the plug-in configuration under Top > Service Director > Domain Manager > Plug-ins > LogicBoxes > Plug-in Configuration there is LogicBoxes account password specified in the Password field. Meanwhile, effective 6th April 2015, API Calls can only be authenticated using the API Key. You will not be able to authentice API calls using the LogicBoxes account password anymore.

OBAS supports LogicBoxes API authentication since version 4.5.4. Therefore, to resolve the issue please upgrade to 4.5.4 as described in How to upgrade OBAS system to the latest available version. After the upgrade, please go Top > Service Director > Domain Manager > Plug-ins > LogicBoxes > Plug-in Configuration, press Edit and enter the API Key in the corresponding field.
