Symptoms
Running post-upgrade https://kb.cloudblue.com/en/123239 the following error appears:

Cause
Bug PBA-59660
Resolution
Delete old PBA APS application (usually version 5.5) from the Control Panel, re-run the script.
In case the resource based on an application instance is used in some subscription - contact technical support for a fix.
