Symptoms
Attempt to create a new SSL service plan fails:
type mismatch for element #14: expected ID::INT, given String(EMPTY)
Cause
The cause of the issue is a bug with id #PBA-63233 ("Unexpected error appears during Test Plan Adding based on type "SSL Certificate Service Plan"").
Resolution
The bug is fixed in BA 6.0.4. Until the update is available, you may create a service template based on CERTGATE an the add a service plan from Home > Products> Service Templates > SSL Template > Plans > Add New Service Plan
