Service Director > Domain Manager > Domains > A domain registered with the Denic plug-in > Name Servers tab, click on Synchronize with the Registrar.

Reply from Denic can be found under Configuration Director > Logging and Errors > E-Mail Logs > Incoming E-Mails and it looks like:

The behaviour is caused by the software issue PBAS-29812 that was fixed in OBAS 4.5.4 release.


To resolve the issue, please upgrade to 4.5.4 as described in How to upgrade PBA-S system to the latest available version.

If upgrade is not an option for you, there is a hotfix for 4.5.3 version.

Download the hotfix for 64-bit OS and install it by running

# rpm -Ufh hspc-plugin-dm-denic-4.5.3-36.swsoft.x86_64.rpm
# hspc-upgrade-manager --finish
