Symptoms
Under BA Home> Operations> Resellers> select_some_reseller> To Control Panel link, CCP is opened instead of RCP. Also the same account in OA is shown under Customers, not Resellers.
Cause
Reseller is created in the system when a customer buys special subscription, which is based on resellers service template. To convert an account into reseller in OA the following setting in resellers service template is used:
External Provisioning Template - PEM Reseller

Resolution
Make sure that External Provisioning Template is set to PEM Reseller in resellers service template.
If reseller is a new one and is in Not Initialized status yet, cancel current resellers subscription in BA and purchase a new one based on corrected service template.
