An error is shown when trying to open File Manager for NG webspace in CCP:

Invalid backend configuration.
Readable volumes not available.


Network issues


The problem could be caused by network problems, e.g. it is impossible to connect from File Manager host to NG webserver. To verify it, try to connect to port 21 from File manager host:

# ftp ftp.d1234567-1234.provider.tld

Try to ping the host with webspace:

[root@fm01 ~]# ping
PING ( 56(84) bytes of data.
--- ping statistics ---
4 packets transmitted, 0 received, 100% packet loss, time 3001ms

Please fix connectivity issues: webspace should be accessible from File Manager host.
