In a PBAS hosting plan the CPU power limit, in per cent, the Container cannot exceed (burst_cpulimit) is set to 33:

CPU limit (cpulimit): 33

But on the Virtuozzo node there is another value:

burst_cpulimit: 264
cpulimit: 264

Why those values are different? Is there anything wrong with them?

The node in question has more than one CPU which results in total CPU value more than 100%.

The node in question has 8 CPUs so the total cpulimit amount is 8*100=800. According to the plan CPU limit is set to 33% which is 800*0.33=264, the exact amount seen in PVA.
