I have updated reseller hiding for Reseller #xx, changed the Reseller domain and manually uploaded the SSL related files directly on the server:


As a result, login to all Reseller's panels (RCC) from PCC became impossible.


Incorrect permissions for SSL certificates files.


To avoid such problems it is strongly recommended to use OBAS interface to upload new keys/certificates to make sure that both entities are checked for validity and are placed under proper rights to proper directories.

If the files were uploaded directly please make sure that permissions for them are correct by running the following commands on the OBAS server (xx stands for the Reseller in question number):

# chown apache:apache /etc/httpd/conf/ssl.crt/server_xx.crt
# chmod 644 /etc/httpd/conf/ssl.crt/server_xx.crt 
# chown apache:apache /etc/httpd/conf/ssl.key/server_xx.key
# chmod 644 /etc/httpd/conf/ssl.key/server_xx.key
# chown root:apache /etc/httpd/conf.d/hspc_reseller_xx.conf
# chown 644 /etc/httpd/conf.d/hspc_reseller_xx.conf
