When you go Top > Service Director > Plesk Manager > Nodes some node is shown as Unregistered


Plesk sends incorrect information to PBAS during synchronization.

In the Action log there is a failed action

    Plesk Transport; Failed to validate XML response In Plesk: Element 'error': [facet 'maxLength'] The value has a length of '308'; this exceeds the allowed maximum length of '255'. Element 'error':  'Can't get daemon status from dnsmng: dnsmng: Unable to open file "/va


  1. Enable debug mode per KB article How to increase log level in PBA-S.
  2. Under Top > Action Log > Tasks Queue find the task named "Update Plesk nodes stats info" and run it.
  3. Check /var/log/hspc/hspc.log for errors like

        <state>running</state></srv><srv><id>dns</id><title>DNS Server (BIND)</title><state>stopped</state><error>Can't get daemon status from dnsmng: dnsmng: Unable to open file &quot;/var/lock/files/26d9d96d428d491b87bd77bbeae57bcf&quot;: No such file or directory.         dnsmng: Error occurred while locking the file /var/named/run-root/etc/named.conf
  4. Log in as root to the Plesk node in question and create /var/lock/files directory there:

      [root@server1 ~]# mkdir /var/lock/files
