Symptoms
Customer tries to assign an Addon License (EOL) to an License Exchange Online P1 on the initial screen
However, the line with the Addon license is grayed out and cannot be selected in the UI.
Cause
This is caused by APSA-8604.
Resolution
Please contact your account manager regarding the status of APSA-8604.
