PBA-61897 Impossible to cancel subscription in 6.0

PBA-61983 Can not cancel subscription with "no refund" option after upgrade to 6.0.1

Installation instructions


  1. Go to Home > System > Information > Hotfixes.
  2. Click on hotfix "PBA 6.0.1 HOTFIX 124509 BM"
  3. Click "Install"   Windows:

  4. Login to PBA application server
  5. Open command prompt
  6. Execute the following commands:

     # cd "$PBA_ROOT"
     # perl\bin\perl.exe tools\ install

    Note: $PBA_ROOT should be replaced with path to PBA installation directory, for example C:\Program Files\Parallels\PBA

Additional information

  1. The hotfix requires PBA 6.0.1-078 version to be installed.
  2. PBA services will be restarted automatically during hotfix installation.
