The customer placed an order from CCP using the payment method that has handling fee configured. However no handling fee were taken.


The issue is caused by the bug with id #PBA-61765 ("Handling fee are not applied/applied incorrectly when you purchase from CCP").


As a workaround you may configure redirect to the store for the purchases from CCP (refer to the documentation for the details). Make sure an option REFRESH_BASKET_ON_PAYTOOL_CHANGE is enabled.
