Symptoms
Virtual environment in PACI has lost controlability either from CCP or from PCP after manual backup restoring on another node. VE status is not being properly updated.
VE was detected as duplicate because of manual backup restoring on another node.
The following message appear in /va/log/IM/PACI-im.log :
GET http://192.168.139.2:4465/paci/v1.0/of/1000123/ve/ve-name
<duplicate on-node="4111" detected-at="2014-12-02 10:09:22.553419+03"/>
In the meanwhile there is no duplicates of the VE on hardware node '4111' or any other.
Cause
PACI stops checking the actual status of the duplicate with VeDuplicatesCheckJob internal job because of software issue CCU-9747
Resolution
The issue will be fixed in future product updates.
