Symptoms
After the upgrade, "Exchange -> Outlook access -> View setup info" link in the CCP shows no account information.
It shows digits {1}, {2}... {n+1} instead of the contact details, like below:
Cause
The cause of this issue is a customized Exchange.xml file at "POA System > Settings > Locales > Locale United States (English) (en_US) > Customized Locale Files". Between POA 5.4 and 5.5 the structure of some of the localization entries got changed quite significantly, and this includes the "View Setup Info" links, the keywords for which are the following:
ACTIVE_SYNC.INFO.HTML
IMAP4.INFO.HTML
POP3.INFO.HTML
OUTLOOK_SETTINGS.2007.INFO.HTML
OUTLOOK_SETTINGS.INFO.HTML
Those entries are now separated into several sub-entries, which you can see if you go to "POA System > Settings > Locales > Locale United States (English) (en_US) > Source Locale Files", download and check the contents of the Exchange.xml file from there.
Resolution
A simple solution for this issue would be to remove the Exchange.xml file from Customized Locale Files of en_US locale. This will resolve the issue, but it would also mean that all other customizations you may have done will be reverted as well. If this is okay, then you can just proceed with removing the file. If not, you would need to re-apply the needed customizations using the new source Exchange.xml locale file. You do not necessarily need to include all the entries from source Exchange.xml file into the customized one, only the ones that you actually need to customize should be included.
