After trying to register a Domain via the EPAG Plugin, the status of the domain is never updated in PBAS. The domain was registered successfully though.

The EPAG DM Plugin uses callback email to get the results of the domain registration. The callback email address should be registered at Registrar Control Panel.


Please check the current callback email under Top > Service Director > Domain Manager > Plug-ins > EPAG plugin > Plug-in Configuration

Callback email is the e-mail address where EPAG will send additional notifications regarding domains registration or transfer. This mailbox should be created in PBAS manually. Then you log in Reseller interface at EPAG website and submit this e-mail.

In order to create the email address manually, the system user should be created. And after that the email will be created automatically.
