I have changed DNS records of my Plesk domain in CP, but those changed did not propagate to OBAS.

"DNS zone management" permission is disabled for Plesk domain administrator, please refer to OBAS Provider's guide:

For Plesk Unix platform, the DNS zone management permission not only allows a Plesk domain administrator to manage domain zone files, but makes the Plesk DNS a primary source for DNS synchronization between Plesk and Odin Business Automation Standard. If this box is checked, the changes made to domain zones by a customer from Control Panel will be automatically applied to the Odin Business Automation Standard DNS, and not conversely.

In order to make DNS records being updated from Plesk node to OBAS the following ways can be used:

  1. Grant "DNS zone management" permission to Plesk domain administrator under OBAS > Service Director > Plesk Manager > Domains > domain > Permissions

  2. Add "DNS zone management" permission to the required OBAS Plesk hosting plan. OBAS > Billing Director > Product Manager > Hosting Plans > Permissions and Settings Upgrade subscriptions of this hosting plan. In this case all hosting plan subscriptions will be affected.
