Symptoms
In PBA 5.5.4 with "Prepaid PACI" feature enabled Billing Orders are generated for any types of subscriptions that are put on Credit Hold.
Customer wants such orders to be generated only for PACI/WAP subscriptions.
Cause
Such behaviour is expected, please see PBA 5.5.4 Release Notes, page 8.
Resolution
The feature request PBA-56848 has been submitted to change such behavior.
