Symptoms
If POA subscription has some site application installed in root location of the webpsace, then destruction of such subscription generates the task Change virtual directory 'Root' (dir_id=ID) of virtual web server ID on host hostname.domain.tld that could fail with the following error:
Database inconsistency: dirId 1234: web site for virtual directory has unexepectedly disappeared.
Cause
Bug POA-85895
Resolution
The issue has been submitted to development team as a bug ID POA-85895. It will be fixed in future versions of POA. Please contact your Account Manager to trace the status of the issue. As a workaround, please cancel the task.
