H-sphere services are not running and can not start.

In EventViewer the following error is caused by starting attempt:

Service cannot be started. System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'Services.Installer, Version=, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

C:\Program Files\HSphere\bin\HSphere.exe.config file is missing.

  1. Paste HSphere.exe.config file into C:\Program Files\HSphere\bin\ folder.

  2. Try to start hsphere service again

    net hsphere start
