Symptoms
The following error is shown when trying to create MSSQL database via Customer Control Panel in Operation Automation:
Unsuccessful attempt to create MSSQL database in CCP with error message: org.omg.CORBA.UNKNOWN
In the /var/log/pa/core.log on the Management Node the following could be seen:
Quota must be set to database (db_id=XXXX) in same transaction as database was created.
Cause
The issue is and recognized as Software related issue POA-85705
Resolution
The issue will be fixed in future versions of Operation Automation. Please contact your Technical Account Manager or a member from Pooled Technical Associates pta@cloudblue.com to trace the status of the software issue.
Workaround: restart pau service on UI node according to the article.
